Cardiovascular Surgery

One of the original 10 Councils formed in 1982, the Council on Cardiovascular Surgery presently conducts all its activities in collaboration with the Philippine Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons. It aims to increase the nation’s awareness on cardiac surgery through media campaigns, education programs and medical missions. It continues to pursue a nationwide registry on cardiac surgery and collaborative multi-center cardiac surgery researches.
