PHA Bicol Rolls out the Red Carpet for PHA National

Despite a rainy Friday morning, the PHA Bicol Chapter warmly welcomes the PHA National Board of Directors, with their big smiles, while 6 Ibalong dancers perform at the Bicol International Airport in Daraga, Albay, on the cusp of the Heart Month-Legazpi commemoration.

Led by PHA Bicol Chapter President Dr. Bienarosa Ala-Suarez, the Welcoming Committee was joined by Ibalong dancers. The Ibalong dance tells the story of Handyong and his warriors who waged war against monsters pillaging the land's natural wealth.

 Heart Month 2025 3

Legazpi City is the centerpiece of the Philippine Heart Month 2025 celebration to be held at SM Legazpi today, Feb. 22, 2025, 8-12AM, themed “Creating & Linking Cardiology Landscapes.” The free Heart Fair-cum-clinic will have two special populations as patients: 300 teachers and military men.
