Invitation for FAsCC 2025

The ASEAN Federation of Cardiology (AFC) is now accepting nominations for the Fellowship of AFC (FAsCC) 2025.

The convocation ceremony will be held on July 18, 2025, during the 29th ASEAN Federation of Cardiology Congress at Setia Spice Convention Centre, Penang, Malaysia, organized by the National Heart Association of Malaysia.

Requirements:
• Completed AFC Fellowship application form and indicate gown size

Gown size chart 

• Updated curriculum vitae
• Recent passport-sized photo
• One signed reference from a Fellow of FAsCC

To receive the Fellowship, nominees must:
• Register as delegates for AFCC 2025: https://nhamconferences.com/conferences/asean-federation-of-cardiology-congress-2025-afcc-2025
• Pay USD 250 via the PHA
• Attend the Convocation Ceremony in person
