Statement on Extension of BLS/ACLS Certificate Validity

"...due to the increasing demand for re-certification for BLS and ACLS from expiring certifications among our training institutions and hospitals, the council on CPR under the guidance of the PHA Board, has decided to allow the extension of the validity of their current BLS /ACLS certificates until December 2020. This is to allow smooth transition and headway for the planned online training while awaiting for the eventual lifting of restrictions brought by the pandemic crisis."
