CPR training soon a graduation requirement
The House of Representatives has just passed the so-called Samboy Lim Bill that would make mandatory CPR (or cardio pulmonary resuscitation) training in schools nationwide, at least once before graduation, with the goal of saving more lives.
House Bill No. 5891 - otherwise known as the “CPR Training in Schools Act” - was approved on Sept. 15, 2015 by the Committee on Basic Education and Culture headed by Rep. Kimi Coseteng (5th District, Pangasinan).
Everyone is invited to participate in the Heart Failure/Echocardiography Course - Distance Learning Project.

FWD Life Insurance Corp. is supporting the PHA's 52100 campaign in their FWD Live to Move video. Coaches Jim and Toni Saret have designed this set of exercises for FWD, and they are also PHA Healthy Lifestyle ambassadors. FWD encourages viewers to take on the challenge by uploading videos on Youtube showing variations to the 4-minute exercises. They may also get the chance to win prizes.
