To promote awareness and advocacy towards the Heart Health of Women, the Philippine Heart Association Council on Women's Health presents Heart to Heart with Jon Santos, a show featuring the comedic talent of renowned actor and impersonator, Mr. Jon Santos.

The event will be held at the Meralco Theatre, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, on April 16, 2015, at 7 pm.
